MISSION

The mission of J.S. Aucoin Elementary is to improve our school performance score by addressing the needs of our diverse population, attendance, home support, and by providing quality instruction. 

It is also the mission of JSA to instill in students the importance of taking responsibility for their own behaviors and being prepared to accept consequences for inappropriate behaviors and poor choices. We strive to teach students how to better handle situations to obtain more positive results so that they become respectful, productive citizens in life.

J.S. Aucoin Elementary is the home of the Mighty Lions. Our motto, which is stated every morning to begin the school day, is “Good, better, best. Never let it rest. ‘Til your good is better and your better is the best.”
