Mrs. Sharisse Crochet

Hi! My name is Sharisse Crochet and I am one of the Kindergarten teachers here at J. S. Aucoin.  I have been teaching for 21 years. I received my Bachelor's Degree in Education in 1999 from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, La, my home town. I also received Certification in Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten.  I taught 2 years of 5th grade at Raceland Upper before moving to this wonderful school.  I live in Thibodaux and commute everyday to Amelia, because I love the children, the school, and the community.  My husband's name is Ronnie Crochet and I have two daughters, Anna-Katherine, who is a Sophmore at Nicholls State University, and Claire who is a 9th grader at Thibodaux High School.
